A nice and simple guarantee
All of our furniture products are covered by a 12 month guarantee.
Clearly we can’t guarantee that your furniture won’t slowly age and wear over the years as it stands in the heart of your home but we can guarantee that each piece is made with skill and honesty and is backed by a guarantee that covers you against any manufacturing or structural faults should any occur.
We provide you with a commitment from us that should any structural or manufacturing fault occur under guarantee then we will either repair or replace the furniture, but Homebird can’t replace or repair your furniture if it has not been cared for correctly.

Your furniture is guaranteed for normal domestic use and is not for commercial use (unless requested upon order). Natural wear and tear as part of a normal domestic environment is cannot be covered. Damage resulting from accidents or negligence (including burns, scratches, tears, scuffs, watermarks, indentations or pet damage) is not covered in your guarantee.
